The implementation of the perform ance management system is one of the effective measures for enhancing the com petitive advantage of enterprise itself development.Therefore,for enterprises to estab lish a scientific and com plete performance management system is nece ssary.How to estab lish scientific and effective performance management system has become a problem many companies think deeply about.In this paper,according to the thinking of problem,to analyze and solve problems,to the jiangxi HD ZDT group co.,LTD performance appraisal system and its evaluation m ethod,evaluation object,evaluation cycle,evaluation index weight distribution and so on has carried on the system analysis and research.Based on a large number of literature reading and understanding,on the basis of detailed mastered the jiangxi HD ZDT group c o.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as the HD company)establishment and implementation of performance evaluation system model,the research analyzes the jiangxi HD ZDT group co.,LTD.Existing problem s of performance appraisal system,proposed the im plementation scheme of performance evaluation system,further enri ch the theory of perfor mance appraisal research.At the same time,based on the reference to domestic and foreign advanced enterprise performance evaluation method on the basis of success,put forward a set of jiangxi HD ZDT group co.,LTD perfor mance appraisal system improvement patterns,especially the performance appraisal indicators and salary and bonus system two aspects has carried on the detailed design,and then to jiangxi HD ZDT group co.,LTD performance appraisal system to pr ovide improved basis and workable and effective solutions.In research methods,this paper used the methods of interview and questionnaire survey,through the exam ination of HD com pany internal staff,specific proposed some HD ordinary em ployees in the com pany more attention problem s,through to the problem of induction and collect feedback.With specific cases as a starting point,is one of this article innovation of this article.
