How to improve the current situation are on the front of us. Through the study, we found the breakthrough of lean production method.TDJResearch Center will find the effective mechanism that appropriate to our enterprise under the guiding of the Lean Production and to resolve some problems.The method will play some play a guiding role in the future.This paper introduces the situation of the manufacturing industry at home and abroad, and refer to their management experience, the introduction of lean production mode. Use lean thinking to analyze the current enterprise existence can be improved.Lean production method and design solutions.
