Job burnout refers to the staff to work under pressure and feel exhausted after a burden.Middle managers are the backbone of the enterprise,a decomposition into department of the enterprise strategic planning,will plan and department activities,internal affairs management,discovery,strategic issues and the strategic opportunity,mediators,such as multitasking,played an important role in the implementation strategy.Therefore,if the middle management sense of job burnout problem,will lead to individual performance will be severely affected,will affect the whole department and the company's long-term performance.A company is an inter-city railway company located in Sichuan province,as the unit of the basis of promoting the basis of the inter-city railway and freight railway construction.Company has offices,safety,quality,character,construction,technology,construction management department,finance department,the six functional departments,each department minister and deputy minister,constitute the system of the company's middle management.This article USES the sense of job burnout,the respect such as incentive theory as the theoretical basis,to literature research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis as the main research method,to A company middle managers feeling of job burnout problem is studied.This article on the research idea to take the "status quo analysis-questionnaire-problem analysis-the cause analysis-the solution" process.Questionnaire survey,respondents generally exist the phenomenon of job burnout feeling,survey of common physical exhaustion,emotional exhaustion,value failure such as typical sense of job burnout.This paper will lead to middle management A company to produce the influence factors of job burnout are divided into individual factors,job factors and organizational factors in three broad categories.In this paper,the main research results is put forward the prevention and mitigation countermeasures of middle managers job burnout feeling A company.This paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the overall train of thought,and based on the cause of the phenomenon of job burnout feeling,A company design including its own factors,job factors,organizational factors three aspects of the improvement measures,in all kinds of factors,according to the cause of concrete is different,to formulate thecorresponding improvement measures,so as to summarize as the overall solution.This article from the individual factors,job factors,organizational factors in three aspects,designs the prevention and mitigation countermeasures of middle managers job burnout feeling A company that has great practical significance.At the company level,this article helps improve A company middle managers performance,and ensure the realization of performance and corporate strategic objectives,to ensure the effective operation of the company.At the industry level,this article to other state-owned enterprises,especially in railway construction enterprise employees' job burnout feeling countermeasures study reference standard is established.At the macro level,this article will be on basis of region high-speed railway construction,residents travel,transport of goods,and many other vital event have a positive impact.
