The sharing economy has spawned a new type of human resources such as the online car-hailing driver.They do not sign labor contracts with companies,but they providing services for consumers in the name of companies and the relationship between the drivers and the platform companies is uncertain and controversial.The drivers register orders on different companies and use different APPs to earn income.Many experts and scholars have proposed to protect the legitimate rights of drivers from the perspective of labor protection and social security.However,there are very few studies from the field of human resources management and there is almost no research about how to encourage the drivers effectively.This research is based on the leading enterprise of the car-hailing service named Didi ChuXing.The main survey objects are the drivers without labor contracts,through indepth interviews,the author summarizes the coding,extracts the motivating factors,and establishes the index system of the motivating factors for the drivers.Secondly,through empirical research,to correct the theoretical model of the indicator system.Thirdly,through the online and access time,different drivers are divided into four categories: skilled,part-time,testing and profit-seeking.Then,using the method of principal component analysis,we find out the motivation mechanism factors which have great influence on the psychology and behavior of the drivers.The author proposed not only general incentive measures but also different key motivation directions for different types of drivers.In addition to a reasonable proportion of evaluation and a two-side scoring mechanism,more spiritual incentives are given to skilled drivers,more supportive incentives are given to part-time drivers,more drag-bottom protection incentives are given to testing drivers,and more material incentives are given to profit-seeking drivers.
