Research On Young Knowledge Worker' Motivating Factors

At present, small and medium-sized IT enterprise is facing of outstanding young knowledge workers to leave in the sustainable development. This will weaken small and medium IT enterprises competitiveness. How to avoid the young knowledge staff turnover in the small and medium-sized IT enterprise, improve the level of the human resource management of small and medium-sized IT enterprise is a significant problem.This thesis along the "knowledge staff incentive factors analysis-incentive model building-empirical analysis-measures" as the main line, the analysis results are as follows:the five important incentive factors for the young knowledge workers are working challenges,participate in management, career planning, salary income and working environment. Young knowledge staff incentive factors are six dimensions, respectively working atmosphere, individual growth, work itself, work remuneration, environmental factors and stable work. The young knowledge workers of small and medium-sized IT enterprise in Fuzhou present medium adaptability, low social, high openness, medium altruism, and medium moral personality traits.Personality traits influential effect on the choice of incentive factors, different personality traits of young knowledge staff put different attention to the incentive factors. Gender and education have no impact effect on the choice of incentive factors for knowledge workers. Different age and position of the knowledge staffs choice of motivating factors have significant differences. In this paper, the empirical research results have certain practical significance for small and medium-sized IT enterprises' young knowledge workers incentive problem.
