Study On The Implementation Of C Company's Quality Management System

In today's increasingly competitive market, quality is vital for any enterprise. And the quality management has become a must of the companies'daily management. In recent years, with the rapid development of the logistics industry, the logistics demand from both local and oversea has been growing continuously. The nature of the logistics industry is service, so the logistics service quality is an important indicator of the logistics enterprises. Now more and more enterprises have realized this and begin to apply quality management system to guide and carry out quality management. It is very important for traditional logistics enterprises to learn advanced management philosophy, to set up the quality management system, to improve the quality management capability and the standardization level by ISO9000 standards.This paper apply the theory of project management on the implementation of C company's quality management system.
