Assessment Study Of The Industrial Value Of The Urban Historic Districts

At present,the research on the selection of historical block industry,mainly from the perspective of planning to solve the problem,focus on the format choice.Or from the point of view of material space,to seek the reasonable demand of space distribution.These studies focus on the planning and layout,ignoring the possibility that policy makers focus on solving the problem from the angle of industry,this paper intends to study the value of historical block industry from the perspective of industry.The methods of this paper are mainly literature research,the method of multi subject cross study,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP.Firstly,through literature research,comprehensive summary of previous academic research and many foreign successful development of the historic case experience,starting from the analysis of industry value of the historic district originally existed,a historic district industry value decomposition,defining the primary indicators need to be considered in the.On this basis,based on the principle of index selection,combined with the opinions of the experts and scholars,using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,construct a index of 6 of the criteria,the evaluation index system of city historic district industrial value 27 index.Based on the clear definition of each index,marking the importance of the designated 2 to 5 points of the score standard,the construction of the historical block value system assessment table.According to the evaluation index system and the evaluation form,the urban historical block industry value evaluation method is established,and the concrete steps are given.And the five historic districts of Suzhou to do empirical analysis,the five historic districts of the industrial value to do a comprehensive quantitative comparison,and the historical blocks of different industries to carry out a quantitative analysis of the status quo.In the end,the paper gives suggestions to the industry and industry of the historical blocks,and provides the basis for the decision making and industry selection of the historic district.
