Empirical Study On Tourist Satisfaction In The Place For Summer Recreation In Fuzhou Kuliang

Stable tourist source is the foundation of the survival and development of a tourist destination, and the number of tourists matters tourists' satisfaction. Tourism for leisure and summer holiday, as an ancient but emerging type, is different from sightseeing. The experience of tourists for the place of summer recreation comes from the influence of geographical environment, climate condition, transportation, infrastructural facilities, service quality, human environment and other factors. Hence, evaluating the place of summer recreation from the perspective of tourists' satisfaction is significant for the future of a tourist destination.This paper takes Fuzhou Kuliang as the research object and carries on the empirical research on tourists' satisfaction. First of all, the writer analyzes of the current developmental situation of Fuzhou Kuliang and after considering six elements of tourism and choosing 29 evaluation index, builds the evaluation system of tourists' satisfaction for summer leisure according to the objective, comprehensive and adaptable principle on the basis of the research on satisfaction of domestic and foreign tourists and related study. Then the writer collects 305 valid questionnaires (in total350 questionnaire for the tourists who have been to Kuliang before). The content of investigation includes demographic survey, index system of tourist satisfaction, tourist behavior (before and after). When using a variety of mathematical analysis to process data, meanwhile through the reliability test and factor analysis, the writer summarizes 28 items of the revised evaluation index and 7 evaluation factors. Finally the writer uses IPA analysis method and determines that"maintain advantage", "focus on improving","secondary consideration factors", "not to be too concerned about" are as the index and factors of Fuzhou Kuliang. After a series of research analysis, at the same time understanding the tourists' actual demand and exploring related factors of influencing tourist' satisfaction, the writer expects that the suggestions and countermeasures on the basis of tourist' satisfaction are able to provide decision-making foundation for the development of Fuzhou Kuliang.
