With the rapid and diversified global economic development,thresholds of all kinds of industries reduce gradually,and the advantages of resource monopoly are weakened inch by inch,so in the face of fierce competition from other companies lots of enterprises begin to try increasing efficiency,at the same time they build and perfect the performance management system in which the performance is oriented,thus companies could improving their economic performance and win the advantage among the competitions.Generally speaking,strengthening and completing the performance management is the necessary way to realize targets of the company,also the core competence could be formed and consolidated.In this paper,YZ Corporation is the research object,following the train of thought "status survey — parsing problems — countermeasure analysis" to analyze the performance management problems of YZ.According to the company's development strategy and the current situation,I re-design a performance management system which are based on the at home and abroad theories and practical experience,so I believe the system could provide clear ideas and specific methods in the performance management.Firstly,on the basis of former theories this paper researches and explored at a deeper level.Secondly,according to the background and organization structure of the company,I survey and analyze the running condition of the performance management,by the way I point out problems of the YZ Corporation.Thirdly,I determine the pivotal company level performance indicator that draw on the balanced scorecard and reference the development strategy of the YZ Corporation.Then I take advantage of the object matrix and the fishbone diagram,thereby the two methods could infer the key departmental and the post level performance indicator.Following the weight of pivotal performance indicator and the performance management cycle,I gather the data I need.In the end,I regard the comprehensive hr.as the object of the study and minutely narrate the appraisal process about the performance examine of the important links in the performance management cycle,also I propose safeguard measures to the operation of the performance management system.
