Study On The Development Modeof Rural Poverty Alleviation Of Songming

Rural development and rural poverty are always serious challenges and difficulties for China. Since 1978, large-scale and development-oriented poverty alleviation strategies leaded by government have made remarkable results. However, influenced by the lower level of economic and social development and unbalanced regional development, contradictions impacting the development of poor areas still exist at different levels. The development of Yunnan province is relatively slower and poverty problems are still prominent constrained by the natural environment, minority gathering and cultural education. Therefore, in the critical stage of building moderately prosperous society, the research on poverty alleviation of Song ming County plays an exemplary role for promoting regional economic development, and has extremely important theoretical and practical significance for solving the problem of non-poor regions, non-key poor counties.The cause of poverty, anti-poverty theory and poverty-alleviating development mode are introduced in the research. Combined the author's working experience about poverty alleviation, the research makes a case study about current situation, characteristics, reasons of the rural poverty about the Song ming County to identify its main factors affecting poverty alleviation. The research builds the poverty-alleviating development mode of Song ming County and accurately makes policy recommendations on improving development models of rural poverty alleviation. Meanwhile, the research proposes that continuous exploitation of human resource, sound social security system, enforcing the participation degree of poverty alleviation of market entities, improving protection mechanism of policy and promoting development in poor areas are beneficial to realize the target regarding out of poverty.
