Research On Enterprise To Change The Mode Of Development Initiatively And Its Comprehensive Evaluation

Nowadays,a lot of research about transforming the mode of enterprise's development has been studied by the perspective of economic or external enterprises.But there is seldom research on its own contradictions for enterprises to change the mode of development.This paper presents a point of view that enterprises can promote sustainable development through active change.Applying the idea of system theory,the dissipative structure theory and entropy theory to study the internal mechanism of enterprise initiative transformation of the mode of development.The motivation of changing the way of development comes from business owners' initiatives and corporate profit driven nature.The business owners' initiatives provide power for owners to find business opportunities and create business opportunities.The harmony and the reconstruction feature of enterprises power and ensure corporate profit-driven nature.Find business opportunities refers to business owners have found the mismatch of market resources,and then reduce the use of not reasonable resource in order to use the resource effectively and pursuing the profit.Creating business refers to break the original state of equilibrium of supply and demand on the market and then innovate and create new requirements,and make a profit by reallocating resources.This article put forward that the harmony and the reconstruction feature of enterprises power and ensure corporate profit-driven nature.The harmony stabilize the enterprise so that make the enterprise after reconstructing not deviating from the equilibrium state.Reconstruction can change the enterprise to make the harmony and the reconstruction promote the enterprise's development to the higher level.This article establish evaluation index system about the enterprise to change the mode of development initiatively through the business owners' initiatives and corporate profit driven nature.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to calculate the weight of the next layer in the upper indicators.And the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate the degree of transforming the mode of development initiatively for one manufacturing enterprise in Wuhan.In addition,a computer evaluation system for the enterprise changing the mode of development initiatively has been designed and realized in the article.The evaluation system consists of functions about user authentication,hierarchical analysis,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and data processing contrast.
