KL is a oil and natural gas corp.In recent years,with oil and gas prices gradually lowered,and the company's operating costs did not decrease because of rapidly rising wages and other expenses which leaded the company's business pressures continue to increase.It was not only the external environment not good,but also the long term problems of internal management in this enterprise gradually showed up at the same time.The enterprise lacked a sense of crisis;slowresponsed to the needs of the market;the workers did not have a strong sense of competition etc made the competition ability of the company to more recession.In order to change the situation,the company looked strengthening management and improving efficiency as a breakthrough to enhance the company's competitive ability as well as a contribution to across the dilemma and to realize the sustainable development of the company.And performance management is the key means to improve the management level of the company.Under such background,this paper studies the performance evaluation and design of KL company.This article used the literature research method,case study method,experiential summary method,qualitative analysis method as well as descriptive research method to conduct a study.At first,this paper introduced and analyzed the related theories of performance management system.The secondly,according to the needs of the performance appraisal program,the author introduced the strategic planning and general situation of human resources etc of KL company.The thirdly,the writer introduced the existing performance evaluation methods of KL company and sorted out the problems.Finally,using the theory of performance management system combined with the actual situation and the need of KL company the penman developed a new performance evaluation methods.Hope that through the establishment,the implementation and the application of a more reasonable performance management system to promote the management level of the company as well as to improve and enhance the ability of employees,so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,to cross the plight of the company to achieve sustainable development.
