It is a broad consensus in the mondern thoery of business management that owning an excellent talent team is a key point of managing a company.To build an excellent talent team,consistent and effective human resource management is necessary,which will enhance long-term market competitiveness.The key of bussiness human resouce management is to establish an effective system of performance evaluation(SPE)which would motivate the staff to improve their working methods,strengthen their working skills,finish the setting goal,therefore achieve company's strategic goal.However,it's a difficult job to build a performance evaluation system,which takes professional knowledge as well as abundant experience.HuaBao Electronic Technology Company has beening facing the fierce market competition in the industry of electronic manufacturing.After the rapid growth of the initial stage,the company has been found many problems in the internal management,expecially the current performance evaluation system which has been an obstacle of the acquiring of human resource competition.The problem of the current assessment system is the single assessment method,the irrational process and the lack of feedback and so on.To cope with these problems,we design an new SPE for HuaBao company by rearranging the process of the performance evaluation,combining the evaluation method of the MBO,KPI and 360 degrees feedback and creating new indicators and criteria of assessment.The new SPE reflects the performance of the staffs and departments more accurately,resonablly and systematically.The system has been achieving good results and reachs the excpected goal of the management.Establishment of SPE is a complex task,which would spend enormous time and energy.A good many of enterprises got an incomplete assessment system and irrational assessment process.Therefore,by means of the empirical research,this thesis try to disign the SPE for Huabao Company and propose an implementation plan.We hope it could be used as a reference by the similar companies.
