At present,domestic and international human resources management will be set up this part of the performance evaluation,and the evaluation method are the major companies has introduced and widely used.To occupy any business in the fierce competition in the market place,it must be based on the characteristics of the company's development,performance appraisal system and mechanism to develop a science because it is not only beneficial to the enterprise to improve efficiency,attitudes of staff,adequate enthusiasm and mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff work,and can also enhance the competitiveness of the market,encourage enterprises towards a healthy and stable development.This paper takes employees of the production line of the employees as the main object of study,using literature research,empirical study,qualitative and quantitative analysis method,interview method to study V company's glimmer of employee performance evaluation,and in view of the problems existed in optimizing design scheme is put forward,and a series of security measures are put forward on how to implement method.In this paper,the research content and ideas are as follows: first of all,the basic situation of V company,organizational structure and employees were basically introduced,on the basis of questionnaire design,taking all official company employees as investigation object,and investigate their satisfaction of performance appraisal.According to the results,the current performance evaluation system of the satisfaction is not high.They don't agree with the appraisal of the current system,there are many loophole in method of performance appraisal,it does not take the characteristics of the enterprise development into consideration,and incentive mechanism is not scientific and reasonable,and assessment of many.examination does not function.Aiming at these deficiencies,the author of V first-line production staff performance evaluation on the scientific design,but will also review the process were determined.Which contains: to determine assessment target覧to make detailed assessment indicators覧the index weight assignment覧 methods and performance evaluation subject selection,覧 determine the inspection cycle覧 hierarchy覧a gleam of staff performance appraisal improvement program.It needs not only with the help of key performance index method,also need the assistance of 360 ー performance evaluation method,common in the service of performance appraisal system,and the final V company formed the scientific,efficient mechanism of human resource performance evaluation system,combined with the development of the industry characteristics of the system fully,employees of the nature of the work and content,using the method of advanced and reasonable,focus,incentive effect is remarkable.The system design is set up according to the characteristics of the enterprise manufacturing industry,so for the development of automobile industry in China has a strong reference and research value.
