Carbon Emissions Constraints In Economic Growth Research Of Fujian Province

Carbon reduction and economic growth is mankind's common concern topic,it is a hot spot of academia to compare.By the Kyoto protocol, which shows that during the period of 2008-2012, the first commitment of developed countries to reduce emissions of greenhouse gas emissions, compared to the 1990 s, carbon emissions will reduce about 5% on average.Climate change conference in Paris in 2015, the Paris agreement was finally reached a landmark achievements, means that the carbon reduction is unanimously recognized most of the country for the first time. In this background, Our country sets the task of carbon emission reduction targets and timetables, and take it as the national economic and social development of one of the important strategy.In the reform of China's economy into the deep water area, by the reform of the supply side, keep China's economy is the new normal, while maintaining economic growth under control within the scope of the implementation of carbon reduction, naturally become one of research hot spot.We take fujian province as an example, in this paper, first of all, through the theoretical model analysis, the energy consumption into the solow growth model and endogenous growth model, the same conclusion, i.e. energy consumption constraints will affect economic growth.And then concrete analysis of various energy consumption situation of fujian province, and analyzes the influence factors of carbon intensity, found that the energy consumption structure and energy intensity is the main factors influencing the carbon intensity.Then, by constructing based on the intensity of carbon emission reduction, based on the 2030 emission peak as constraint conditions and no carbon emissions constraints such as the objective function of the three kinds of circumstances, using the optimal control theory and the maximum principle of carbon reduction respectively analyze the three kinds of circumstances influence on economic growth, and compare the results found that different economic growth under the perspective of different influence factors.Then we take Fujian as s example,from quantitative angle and then plug in the data, econometric analysis and comparing with the results from the previous theoretical analysis to the analysis, found from quantitative angle in this paper, the theory and the fact that carbon emissions of fujian province economic growth rate under the constraint problem is consistent with the results from these aspects.At the end of the paper, based on ecological civilization construction in fujian province, we put forward corresponding policy Suggestions from the seven angle and some prospects about it.
