Since the reform and open,the China went into the stage of fast development where the residents' income grows rapidly and the revolution of wage allocation system is making a phrased implement.After about ten years' courses,we recognized the distribution system in which distribution according to work as the main body and the variety of others coexist and the redistribution system in which the social insurance and tax are the main devices.Those pushed forward the perfection of socialist market economy system and improved the level of people's living standard,which contributed in our economy's sound and fast development.The fact of society confirmed that the current wage allocation system is adapted to our fundamental realties of the country,while we should also realized the weakness of the system like the high Gini coefficient and large gap among different fields.Based on the realties,files passed in the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has asserted the claim towards deepening the wage system revolution and forming a reasonable and orderly framework.In the Inner Mongolia,together with the perfection of market economic system,the salary of workers increased as well as the total economy.In 2005 the average annual salary of a Mongolia staff was about 15985 Yuan,and in 2013 it reached into 51388 Yuan which increased 3.21 times.However,behind the increase of salary,the income gap among different industries and areas also enlarged.Take the industries as an example,in a normal condition,though there is difference in different industries' labor productivity which cause a different growth speed in the increase of salary,the difference is in a controllable rage.But in the Inner Mongolia,this growth speed has a great disparity that the biggest distance holds over the 15.1% which will enlarge the gap in the annual salary.According to the whole circumstance,there are several aspects towards the income gap,including the gap among different pattern of ownership,different industries,different areas,different genders,etc.And in the current stage,the problems in industries and areas difference are pretty distinct,and so this paper will focus on the two.This paper firstly summarizes the references both domestic and over the sea,and briefly narrates the Wage Determinism and the history of salary in China,which intended to be the theoretical support of the influencing factors.And then take the Inner Mongolia as an example,analyses the condition and limiting factors of wage level.As for the industries difference,taking the average wage of industry as the explained variable,the labor productivity,degree of monopoly,human capital value and trade union power as the explaining variables,and using the panel data to analyze the possible influencing factors.As for the areas difference,combination the space panel analysis and geode to describe the current region distribution features and differentiation so to further discuss the determination and space effect about the regional differentiation.And in the end of the paper,we come into a conclusion and propose several proposals in order to forming a reasonable and orderly salary distribution framework basis on the current realities and special features in the aspects of decreasing the income gap in industries and areas and promoting the harmonious developments.
