The recent focus of Organizational Behavior study on the relationship between the leader and member in an organization is focused on the dynamic exchange of the dual relationship between leadership and the members. Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) theory argues that the high quality LMX relationship has a significant effect on improving the proactive behavior. Subordinate's proactive behavior is subordinate in the work, in the promotion of the behavior of the existing environment to take the initiative. In a positive way, the individual takes a positive way, through overcoming various obstacles and difficulties, to complete the task and to achieve the goal of behavioral characteristics. It includes the initiative to improve work methods, initiative to solve problems, personal initiative, to seek a personalized contract relations, as well as the initiative to seek feedback and other acts. Psychological empowerment refers to the process of improving employees' self efficacy. Four kinds of mental states are included:work meaning, self efficacy, selectivity and influence. This paper puts forward that the future is worthy of further research:the influence of the leader member exchange on the active behavior of subordinates, as well as the mediating role of psychological empowerment.In this study,800 questionnaire survey were from W company. An empirical analysis of the relationship between the leader member exchange, the subordinate's proactive behavior and the psychological empowerment was analyzed empirically. Results showed that:between leader member exchange and subordinate proactive behavior exist positive correlation; leader member exchange and psychological empowerment between positive correlation; psychological empowerment and subordinate proactive behavior exist positive correlation; psychological empowerment has partial mediating effect between leader member exchange and subordinate proactive behavior.
