| A new revolution of information technology is launched in the 21st century which greatly affects the manufacturing industry of the whole world.Strategies such as"reindustrialization" and "Industry 4.0",which were proposed by the USA and Germany respectively,have made people more clearly recognize that informationization will be a new development orientation for manufacturing industry.The strategy of "combination of informationization and industrialization",which is put forward on Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth of CPC,provides a new development road to reform and improve our manufacturing enterprises.2015 Report of Government Work once again proposes "Made in China 2025" which becomes a new explanation for "combination of informationization and industrialization." As in the middle period of industrialization,Huaian lacks some advantages including personnel,environment and other cost advantages.It is urgent to reform manufacturing industry.However,it is a realistic problem that how to reform and improve manufacturing enterprises through informationalized methods so as to gain more economic benefits.Starting from the development process and tendency of manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad,this paper will analyze the current situations and realistic issues of information-based development in Huaian.Furthermore,it will diagnose the bottlenecks and future development orientation for informationization through constructing an evaluation system for information-based development of manufacturing enterprises which is consistent with local situations so as to explore a new road to increase the economic level of manufacturing industry in Huaian by reform of informationization.This paper is divided into three aspects.The first aspect is theory.Based on the basic theory of informationization,this paper will overview the current situations of information-based development of manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad and then illustrate the basic connotation,main characteristics,operation mechanism,evaluation system and approaches to realize informationization in manufacturing industry so as to intensify the theoretical support for the following concrete researches.The second aspect is strategy.This paper will conduct a deep research on the development rule of informationization in manufacturing industry and then comprehensively analyze the current situations and issues which are confronted by manufacturing enterprises in Huaian.In addition,it will summarize the basic thought and key work for government departments to carry out informationization as well as achievements that obtained by manufacturing enterprises In Huaian.The third aspect is practice.An evaluation system for information-based development of manufacturing enterprises will be established in combination with practical situation of manufacturing industry in Huaian based on the above theory in order to more scientifically and accurately disclose the underlying problems and development tendency during the construction of informationization.Under such a situation,comprehensive result of evaluation in regional manufacturing industry will be achieved and strategies aiming to improve the reform of informationization in Huaian will be proposed. |
