In the 21st century,with the competition becoming more and more fiercely,creativity has become a source of sustainable competitive advantage for countries and enterprises.However,studies initially focused on psychology and individual levels.With the team has gradually become the basic working unit of the enterprise,the research of team creativity has gradually acquired more attention.After the model of formation mechanism of team creativity was put forward by Woodman and others(1993)in their classic article,by 20 years' development,the research of team creativity in many aspects has been accumulated fruitful results,such as the measurement scale,influencing factors and researching perspectives;of course,as a complex concept,the debates about the definition of concept of team creativity still remain.Thus,at this time a systematical summary and comment is necessary for the theoretical development and business management.According to the framework of the article and the researching ideas,this paper is divided into five parts.Chapter 1 is an introduction.Chapter 2 describes the selection and searching system of literature,and shows the trends of research in team creativity in domestic and foreign research teams as a whole and the number of papers published in all kinds of journals;Chapter 3,Discriminates some easily confused concepts from the creativity and innovation,individual creativity,team creativity and organizational creativity and team creativity;at the same time pointing out three characteristics of the team creativity-Integrity,complexity and dynamic nature.In addition,analyzing development and evolution of a variety of scales of team creativity;finally using Ucinet,Netdraw and the relationship between affecting team creativity factors and research topics analysis and visualize data;based on the results of analysis,summarizing and integrating the results of all specific topics and process of evolution of team creativity research.By summary finding that of factors affecting the team's creativity,leadership style,knowledge sharing,diversity and team psychological processes(team creativity efficacy,team reflection,shared mental models,etc.),team reflection and so on dominate throughout the whole affecting factors,and their interaction is most favored by scholars.In the formation mechanism and researching perspective through social network analysis,basically team creativity experienced 3 stages:static individual,team interaction and dynamic development,namely initial team creativity research still gathered at the individual level,and later began to focus on interaction between team members,which contribute to the increasing number of literature using the social network perspective to doing research;however the latest study showed a dynamic evolution mechanism,not only focus on the interactional mechanism during the process of formation of creativity,but also began to explore the changes of the formation mechanism and level of team creativity with the time changed.Innovation and contribution of this paper lie in:(1)Making analysis and discrimination to the concept,features and measurements of team creativity.On what is the team creativity,researchers at home and abroad did not agree with each other,and individual creativity,organizational innovation and organizational creativity are often confused in the practical research.This paper systematically analyzes the similarities and differences between the relevant concepts,in addition,for the features of team creativity,what the scholars have been accepting are those based on individual creativity,novelty and usefulness,etc.,not summarizing from its influencing factors and the formation mechanism,in this case,integrity,complexity and creativity have been pointed in this paper.(2)Changing the previous method of dividing variables,their degree of association and tightness,and the degree of being focused on in the whole field of the researching are defined according to the degree of each variable being studied simultaneously in this paper,and thus more systematically,synthetically demonstrate how various factors affect team creativity,rather than isolated show the dependent variables,mediating variables and manipulated variables.(3)In this paper,social network analysis is applied to study the process of research,situation of the evolution and to do visual analysis to the situation and relations between the influencing team creativity factors which is the first time in team creativity research.
