Over the past decade,the great leap forward development of China's high-speed railway has greatly improved the quality of life for Chinese,and made important contributions to the national economy.With the rapidly growth of passenger,some kinds of problems also appeared frequently,such as heavy work load,heavy responsibility of railway safety,which have led to the high level of railway workers working pressure.High level of pressure affects their work enthusiasm and work efficiency,creating a series of safety risks.This dissertation aim to building a suitable working pressure evaluation system for railway workers.According to the system,the researchers can improve the method for ease the working pressure and enhance coping ability.Based on the theory of working pressure,using the method of interview survey to search the extraction variables of working pressure for railway workers.Combine symptom items in SCL-90 and expert opinions,the researcher program the questionnaire of "Railway workers' working pressure" to investigate 823 railway workers as the research object.The dissertation analyses the current situation of the working pressure,by using the SPSS statistical softxware to examine the data,the application of descriptive analysis,individual variance analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis are in consideration to come out the conclusion.The results are as follows:Railway workers working pressure includes 6 dimensions,as physical,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,stress response,work family conflict.The level of railway workers working pressure is higher than the national adult norm.In addition to anxiety and stress response,the other variables have significant positive correlation.Based on the measurement standards of working pressure,the demission can be divided into 6 levels,which can make a better distinction to working pressure.On the basis of the above research results,using the content and implementation steps of employee assistance program(EAP)to put forward the suggestions to ease the working pressure and improve the coping ability from the view of organization and individual.
