Comprehensive Evaluation On Information Resource Sharing Of Transportation Science And Technology

With the advent of the knowledge economy era, information resources, as oneof the most important resources in today’s society, has become the object which isfocused on and invested by countries, industries and organizations. Natural sharingof information resources, makes information resources to play a huge role in thedelivery and use. In addition, science and technology as the primary productiveforce, continue to promote social progress. Therefore, technology informationresources has become a key resource in this era, its use and sharing have becomecritical. Evaluation of information sharing at home and abroad mainly in the libraryfield, did not scale well to other areas. In order to comply with the requirements ofthe development, the transport sector, the establish a science and technologyinformation sharing platform to facilitate the development of their industry. In orderto improve the level of traffic scientific and technological information sharing, andto promote the development of related technology work, it has been quite necessaryto establish the comprehensive evaluation system.In this dissertation, after full investigation, drawing on relevant theoreticalanalysis of information resources sharing content, reference information sharingresearch evaluation at home and abroad, combined with the characteristics of thetraffic technology information resources, the establishment of a comprehensiveevaluation index system of traffic technology information resource sharing,determine the meaning and measurement methods and conduct of each index. UsingImproved AHP to determine the weight of index system, analysis to determine theevaluation criteria of each index; using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method tobuild a comprehensive evaluation model. According to the comprehensiveevaluation model, the prototype structure related evaluation software has beendesigned. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation model has been used to make acomprehensive evaluation for a science and technology information sharing case inthe transportation industry. In the case, the evaluation result has been used toprovide suggestions and strategies for the relevant departments.
