Path Selection Of Balancing Urban And Rural Development

The integration of urban and rural areas is an important part of establishing a comprehensive well-off society.However,at present stage,urban and rural areas still exist obvious dual structure.The gap is not only exists in economic parts,but also exists in many aspects,such as politics,industry and social public service.How to deal with the relationship between urban and rural areas,scholars have put forward the corresponding ideas and theories at home and abroad,which have deepen the understanding of the relationship between urban and rural areas.With the growing of the relationship between urban and rural areas,urban and rural relationship performance is also different.At this time we should present a comprehensive of understanding of the evaluation of urban and rural relationship,putting forward a corresponding development path is of great significance.This article based on the basic theory of balance urban and rural relationship at home and abroad,combing the theoretical point of view and main ideas,as an analysis according to the guidance of the relations between urban and rural areas at the present stage in China.First,we carries on the analysis about the present situation of urban and rural gap,the consumption gap,the income gap,industry development gap and the gap of public services.Through the above analysis,the relationship development between urban and rural areas in our country,analyze the gap between urban and rural areas at present stage the reasons,and understand the system construction of urban-rural division,the "urban bias" policy,the deformity of element flow between urban and rural areas and unreasonable urban development pattern is the important cause of China's urban and rural gap.Then we introduced Hebei Hengshui city and Xi 'an Gaoling county's experience of adjusting the relationship of integration of urban and rural areas.Then we introduced the situations of integration of urban and rural areas in Japan,South Korea and Sweden.Put forward path to provide overall planning for urban-rural development train of thought for below.Finally,through the above analysis our country as a whole of urban and rural development path for the construction of urban and rural integration system,the reasonable elements of the flow mechanism in urban and rural areas,the new rural construction and reasonable city development model of four integrated as a whole urban and rural development path.
