Talented people are very important to the survival and development of modern enterprise,making the enterprise impregnable in the incentive market competition.In fact,many companies faced with the plight of good staff losing,suggesting that enterprises should not only attract talented people but more importantly should have the ability to retain them.In turn,it highlights the importance of incentives for human resource management.As a consulting service company with the staff being almost the only most important resource,how to motivate employees to reach their maximum potential is both one of the biggest problem and the most valuable problem for the company.Firstly,this paper introduces the general situation,personnel structure,and incentive mechanism of the company A.Then,on the basis of the existing incentive theory research,this paper adopts the statistical description to analysis the results of questionnaires on employee satisfaction and employee incentive mechanism of company A.It has concluded that company A are unreasonable on current compensation motivation,salary distribution with unfairness,assessment of the performance evaluation system,the attention paid by the company leadership on employees,the training education and existing incentive mechanism.The main incentive demands of the company staff are salary and work environment.Aiming at the defects and the insufficiency of A company incentive mechanism and the staff of the incentive needs,In this paper,from the two aspects of the compensation and benefit and non salary incentive to optimize the design of A company’s current incentive mechanism.The two most important aspects of compensation and benefits are,First,On the basis of the original post level wage,to further regulate the position level setting and pull the gap between great post wage;Second,out of the relationship between performance pay and floating bonuses and job pay.In the non salary design,mainly from the working environment,atmosphere,training education and career development,corporate culture and other aspects to design.Finally,according to the new design of the A company’s incentive mechanism,the corresponding measures are put forward.
