With the rapid process of economic globalization and China’s entry into the World Health Organization Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (WHO FCTC), it is necessary to adopt the incentive mechanism for employees in order to enhance the core competence of enterprises.The paper makes Binhe Tobacco as the research object, by linking theory with practice. Firstly, combining with research achievements at home and abroad, I defined the basic concept of incentive mechanism. After some references, I related and analyzed some research achievements of incentive mechanism at home and abroad, like Hezz Berg two factor theory, Maslow’s need hierarchy theory, expectancy theory and J.S.Adams’s equity theory.Secondly, after the basic introduce of Binhe Tobacco, I analyzed the present incentive mechanism and found the main problems, then analyzed the main reasons causin.Thirdly, a redesign of incentive mechanism was made:design principles; design general thought; incentive system design.Finally, from the aspects of improving and perfecting the employment mechanism and enterprise culture, researched the countermeasure of implementing the new incentive mechanism in Binhe Tobacco.
