Belong with the deep development reformment of our country, High-tech SMEs grows up profusely and quickly and already become a living soldier of our country independent creative system. The scales and Characteristics of High-tech SMEs decide that the main factor to Influence the development of High-tech SMEs is Human Resource. The innovation, expending, stability and work efficiency of knowledge type Talented person will affect the success of the enterprise. This text combines an example, elaborate the importance and method of High-tech SMEs' talent Strategy systematically. It would provide a reference to the establishment the long-term talent program of the High-tech SMEs, and improving competition ability and coagulate dint of the enterprise. In the process of composing, I mainly used the research method of analysis, substantial evidence analysis, comparison analysis etc. By contrast the western developed country's talent strategy, and analyzing the HR characteristics, condition and the problem of talent strategy of our country's High-tech SMEs, I will carry on a research to the talente discoving strategy, talente improving structure strategy, talent usage strategy, the talent stabilized strategy. Combine with the analysis of Jinke Company which is the reprecent (represent)of our country's 1 High-tech SMEs, I put forward the measures that the change idea, draw on the talent, train the talent, encourage the talent, improve environment, build up a human resource database and strengthen the human resource organization management construction. This will provide a general solution for our country High-tech SMEs to carry out talent strategy effectively.
