Internal marketing strategy, based on attaching great importance to employees, is a positive strategic collaborative activity held within an enterprise, the core of which is to develop employees' customer-oriented and market-oriented consciousness as well as enhance employees' loyalty while improving customers' satisfaction.In this thesis, Guangzhou branch of Bank A is chosen as the study object and related theories are used to analyze the background, the status quo, the existing problems and the development strategies of the study object. The study aims to find out the existing problems of Guangzhou branch of Bank A in terms of internal marketing and offer some suggestions while finding out the limitations of studies in this subject based on the author's working experience and interviews with employees in the bank.
