Today science and technology are advancing rapidly,The information revolution and the Internet economy make the market to be the trend of globalization. There are sharp competitions in different enterprises. It's important to participate in international competition, such as how to improve the level of manager and staff, how to build enterprise culture.Culture can enhance the cohesion of enterprise, foster a good and health company image,so the culture is one of the core competitiveness.In this paper, the research based on empirical analysis and theoretical thinking ,the paper uses different ways, forms, and knowledges. On the premise of researching Hebei Datang International Tangshan Thermal Power Co., Ltd, the pater put forward the suggestions of building corporate culture.The first, this paper described the research background,purpose and significance.Because the Tangshan Thermal Power Co., Ltd is a national power system and the key unit of the enterprise culture, so the Tangshan Thermal Power Co. Inc. conducted a study on building of corporate culture has a strong practical impact.The second, the paper introduced the theories about the corporate culture. Such as the concept of corporate culture and identity, content and functionality, level and role.The third, the paper introduced other corporate cultures, the parent company China Datang Group's culture,Tangshan Thermal Power Corporate's culture and Tangshan Thermal Power Co., Ltd's culture.At last, the paper analyzed Tangshan Thermal Power Corporate's culture and summed up some errors about corporate culture in China's power industry, such as neglected building corporate culture, a lack of personality about corporate culture, entertainment-oriented corporate culture construction and other issues.In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to profit from the domestic and foreign advanced enterprise culture construction experience, the union actual constructs own enterprise culture construction system and the goal pattern, the corporate can build culture by conformity, promotion and innovation, so the corporate have sustained, rapid and sound development. This paper proposed the effective enterprise culture construction countermeasure and the suggestion according to the question in building corporate culture.The corporate should set up the core value of people oriented, the staff should have host consciousness, the corporate should make the staff's development connect with the development of corporate, and build the corporate image, the promotion enterprise's reform, realize the corporate sustainable development.
