China petrochemical sales enterprises point more noodles wide,most of the site is located in the rural highway,grass-roots staff work and life is relatively scarce,spiritual emptiness;Work labor power,poor working conditions,income is relatively low.And most of the employees at the grass-roots level is contract employees,weak sense of belonging to the enterprise,the existence of the above factors,caused the sinopec zhejiang petroleum branch grass-roots staff to enterprise's overall satisfaction is low.Employee satisfaction low led to the grass-roots staff's high turnover rate,a direct impact on enterprise development strategic target realization.In this paper,through analyzing the domestic and foreign current situation of employee satisfaction,for the employee satisfaction,EAP,home culture,the concept of the contract employees,and according to the theory of maslow's hierarchy of needs,hawthorne experiment,and the theory of expectation theory basis,through the establishment of overall satisfaction index evaluation system and design the questionnaire,analysis of status and satisfaction about the present situation of grass-roots staff,find out the main factors influencing the grassroots employees' overall satisfaction,low social status,lack of awareness;Poor working conditions and labor intensity big,salary is relatively low;Career development outlook,promotion channels narrow;Psychological pressure,lack of humanistic care,etc.Through the above analysis,the paper finally concludes that enhance the employees' overall satisfaction is a powerful way of enterprise management level and competitiveness.To improve employees' overall satisfaction at the grass roots level through the establishment of effective channels of communication,fair and reasonable compensation distribution system,fair and reasonable promotion mechanism,promoting cultural construction and EAP care system,the development experience of autonomous management achieved.
