BT has been used for years,but not enough in-depth research on risk management,inadequate understanding of project risk,caused some project implementation difficulties.From Chinese scholars of the research process of BT project financing and risk study,although there are a lot of literature for reference,but it is due to the influence of various factors,its research results is still not clear,because many scholars were one in BT project financing in the study,the problems existing in the process of BT project financing and financing risk,management measures of depth is still insufficient;So,it is necessary for the highway BT project financing risk.Paper based on the research of the BT project financing mode,will largely improve the Chinese scholars to BT project financing mode of cognition and comprehension,will help to further perfect our country highway and perfect the application of BT financing model,through a comprehensive risk management theory,will further implement the application of BT project financing mode in highway,avoid risks,to fully realize the application of BT mode provides a certain theoretical basis.Paper based on the present stage our country highway BT project macro environment,on highway BT project risk management at home and abroad at present situation has carried on the comparative analysis,through the comparison,the highway in our country there exist certain disadvantages to the BT project risk management,based on this,this article first introduces the meaning of BT financing model in theory and the characteristics and so on,and then through the analysis of comprehensive risk management theory into the highway BT project implementation process,on the basis of theory,selection of cracking section of a highway BT project in gansu province as the research object,in detail introduced the background,condition and operation mechanism on the basis of the project,studied the gansu province highway BT project in the construction phase of the risk,so risk management provides a reference for subsequent similar project.Paper is not only to our country highway BT project financing risk management of the research,as well as follow-up to further study the application of BT mode in our country highway financing has created a certain foundation,have very important guiding effect.
