Currently, the economy of Guangdong Province is at the stage of transition and upgrading, while the more robust development of e-commerce provides opportunities for the change and development of urban distribution of Guangdong Province, but the problem of enterprises retaining the original self distribution mode is also more prominent in the reform process. In the era of low carbon into the public spotlight, the study of the problem of urban distribution mode optimization of Guangdong Province under low carbon economy has practical significance, which is helpful for the transition and upgrading of urban distribution industry, but also can guide enterprises to develop low carbon urban distribution. This thesis would take Guangzhou City as an example to carry out the research, and the optimization of enterprises' distribution mode in other cities should be based on the actual situation of the city to flexibly use the method.Firstly, through literature analysis, the thesis summarizes and describes the concepts of carbon accounting and life cycle assessment method.Profile four kinds of urban distribution mode which are formed through practice: self distribution mode, cross distribution mode, third party distribution mode and common distribution mode.Introduce the basic steps of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, and optimize the algorithm of the consistency improvement of fuzzy judgment matrix.Secondly, systematically analyze the influence factors of urban distribution mode optimization and selection, and consider the factor of low carbon economy development into the process of urban distribution mode optimization, and build up the influence factor system consisting of three integrated factors and nine segments factors.Make an analysis of the development situation of Guangzhou urban distribution from five aspects, such as delivery policy and the progress of work, the development of low carbon economy, main distribution objects and so on.Thirdly, the thesis puts forward the method of carbon accounting, which is suitable for urban distribution.Analyze the general process of urban distribution, and define the boundary of carbon footprint of urban distribution.Determine the emissions inventory which includes energy consumption equipment, energy consumption types and greenhouse gas types of each link of urban distribution.Referencing the methods provided by the guidance information, mainly use the method of emission factor to construct the carbon accounting model, and the activities data collection should be closely linked to the emissions inventory.Adopt the indicator of urban distribution carbon emission intensity to measure the effect of low carbon of the urban distribution optimization scheme. Finally, based on the above research and analysis, such as fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, the influence factors of urban distribution mode optimization, the method of carbon accounting and so on,the thesis puts forward the method of low carbon urban distribution mode optimization based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Combined with the previous studies, the thesis takes food, beverages, tobacco and alcohol and daily necessities as the focus of the study, whose carbon emission intensity are higher. Thus, according to their actual situation, the optimization method proposed in the thesis is applied in two kinds of companies: beverages and daily necessities.Preference information of the factors and schemes and other data are provided by the enterprise distribution management personnel, and then perform the related operations of fuzzy judgment matrix and pilot the optimization scheme. The results show that the optimization method can effectively promote the enterprises to optimize and adjust its distribution mode whose carbon emission intensity is high, and develop low carbon urban distribution.
