The Logistics Distribution Mode Of Dairy Products Under Low Carbon Economy

With the development of our economy and the improvement of people's living standard,the distribution of fresh food becomes the objective demand of the urban residents' consumption.After 30 years of reform and development,now China's large and medium-sized cities have been able to distribute the fresh food.The daily distribution develops fast and plays an important role on the urban distribution.However,the urban distribution causes a high distribution costs and large pollution to the environment.Therefore,the theoretical research on urban fresh distribution problem has great realistic significance,and it is conducive to the development of the industry.After studying the research of other cities and distribution condition,and based on the current domestic fresh product distribution,this article analyzes the city distribution status of domestic dairy products.It mainly studies the current government policy,the enterprise basic conditions and the fresh distribution industry.Thus,this paper finds out the factors hindering the development of the domestic dairy distribution,which helps the government to enact incentives policies for the future urban distribution.This paper studies the domestic dairy distribution development policy in three perspectives: laws and policies,infrastructure and traffic control.On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign urban distribution mode,this paper puts forward four suitable dairy distribution patterns.To satisfy the need of the article,based on the choice of distribution mode of dairy products under low carbon economy as the goal layer,it sets the rule of 3 layers,9 evaluation indexes on the second floor,4 layers index,then builds the evaluation index system.In comparison,it is considered that the mode selection of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is the most appropriate.With Guangzhou Yan Tang milk distribution situation data,this paper establishes the evaluation index system and analyzes the fuzzy hierarchy model,followed by a self-build distribution which applies to the Yan Tang enterprise.
