Research On Reverse Logistics Of Spare Parts In Appliance Enterprise

In this paper,appliance reverse logistics under cycle economy are introduced particularly.At present,in the promotion of science and technology,the ability of human beings' conquest is greatly enhanced.However,the conquest has led to environmental pollution,resource depletion,energy crisis,ecological damage and climate anomalies and other serious global crisis.Under cycle economy 3R is regarded as the criterion,that is,reduction(Reduce),to reduce access to the process of production and consumption of material quality,the source of savings from the use of resources and reduction of pollutant emissions;reuse(Reuse),requirements to improve products and efficient use of services,products can be the initial form of multiple pollution reduction in a one-time items;recycle(Recycle),require the completion of the use of feature articles to re-become a renewable resource.The development of the logistics industry will also meet this demand.Only when the concept of circular economy of environmental protection merges into the management of reverse logistics can it be better reflect the reverse logistics for environmental protection and sustainable use of resources of great significance.There are two powerful driving force reverse logistics in appliance industry: economic and ecological benefits.Chinese household electrical appliance industry has entered a mature stage.An over-supply of household electrical appliances has been reduced from a seller's market into a buyer's market.It can be seen that in an era of relatively transparent,reverse logistics is a new source of profits.Due to the rapid increase in household electrical appliances,nowadays a new concept emerges in environmental protection,and reverse logistics plays a vital role on this.This paper introduces the concept and meaning of reverse logistics,introduces the current situation of reverse logistics in home appliance industry,and analyzes the cost-benefit analysis and flow analysis of the reverse logistics of home appliance industry,points out the crux of the reverse logistics,and then designs the cost-benefit analysis,and demonstrates the economic benefits of reverse logistics,and then apply this view to empirical research.Ultimately,I hope this thesis can give some advice both on theory and practice significance,so as to reverse logistics operation of household appliances for reference and guidance.
