Research Of Designing Reverse Logistic Network System For Manufactory Enterprises

Along with the continua1 development of the global economy, there's an increasing demand for natual resources in the world wide, and people's awareness of environmental protection and resource saving have been improved gradually. But, actually, many used products result in resource waste and environmental pollution,especially small and medium-sized enterprises; therefore people come to pay more attention to reverse logistic. In this situation, reverse logistic was accepted by many enterprises as a new manufactery theory and mode of economyzing and enviromental friendly.Reverse logistic forms a completed system by managing the abandoned products with the way of science, including recycle-processing-reuse. This paper researched on this system, analyzing the current situation and deficiency of the reverse logistic in manufactural enterprises of our countriy. Trying to build a system that accords with China nation condition, and provide countermeasures and suggestions.This paper probes into the definitions, classification, and theories of reverse logistic and other theories related, and analyzing the situation of reverse logisic in our country by summarizing the theoritical research of reverse logistics of home and abroad, applying basal principle and research method in economics, principles of management and operational research, using abroad useful experience for reference and combining with our country enterprises development characteristic. In the research of reverse logistic, optimization design of logistics networks for reverse logistic have become a realistic problem, many scholars conducted a lot of researches on reverse logistic system in a certain extent, but researches are mainly concentrated on the qualitative analysis. Taking Wuxi's manufactural enterprises for example, the author describes the actual situations of the enterprises,operational status of the recycling network. Taking the household appliances of Wuxi city as the starting point, the research tries to build a reverse logistic network. The research gets a MILP model by the step of constructioning model,confirming scheme,gathering data,optimizing model and comparing scheme, and design a combined reverse logistic operating mode for the household appliances manufactural enterprises of Wuxi city. This combined mode gets an inportant reference and significance to other manufactural enterprises, provides great help to the government's decisions making .This paper comes to a conclusion that: the enterprises should pay great attention on reverse logistic network building, coordinate the relationship of the internal and outernal, change the prodution design and manufacturing mode, and enhance the guiding messurements for the customers. The construction of reverse logistic also needs the help from the government and the support from customers.
