With the continuous improvement of manufacturing technology at home and abroad, high efficiency and high precision processing has become the main research direction and development trend of mechanical manufacturing industry, Ultra-high speed grinding processing technology has been developed rapidly.CBN grinding wheel is the key unit in ultra-high speed grinding processing, study it in the radial deformation displacement in the process of grinding, can help to improve the qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation of ultra-high speed grinding processing error, can provide theoretical basis for improving the ultra-high speed grinding processing precision and numerical reference, and also can provide a new research direction for improving the grinding precision.On the basis of the review of the relevant references at home and abroad, This paper studied the CBN grinding wheel in ultra-high speed grinding elastic deformation and thermal deformation,and revealed the relationship between the total deformation displacement and the grinding wheel speed as well as the grinding depth.Specifically, by using the elastic plastic theory and Ansys simulation, the theoretical calculation and simulation analysis of the CBN grinding wheel radial deformation of ultra-high speed grinding was carried out,And came out a new method for calculating the grinding wheel surface temperature distribution function. The grinding experiment of GCr15 bearing steel was carried out by using super high speed grinding machine, obtained the grinding force and grinding temperature data, and calculated the heat distribution rate of R, and then got the temperature distribution function Tr of surface temperature of the grinding wheel.Finally, the following conclusions are drawn:(1) In ultra-high speed grinding processing,with the increase of the grinding wheel line speed, the change trend of the total radial deformation of the ultra-high speed grinding wheel is first decreased and then increased. According to this rule, we can find out the grinding condition parameter value of the minimum radial deformation so as to improve the processing precision.(2) In the ultra- high speed grinding process, the heat distribution rate R is not a fixed(3) value, but changes with the change of grinding parameters. The change tendency and grinding temperature changing trend is basically consistent, showing the trend of first increase and then decrease, and the increase of grinding depth showed a trend of decline, but the decline is not obvious.(4) With the increase of grinding wheel speed, the heat in the grinding wheel is reduced, which shows that the overall temperature of the grinding wheel is decreased,so the displacement of the grinding wheel is gradually decreased, but the decrease is gradually decreased.
