At present,Along with the rapid growth of world population,economy development and the improvement of urbanization level,lead to increasing the energy resources consumption.In the process of energy and resources consumption,carbon dioxide emissions are also increased year by year,led to the global climate warming,has seriously affected the people's living environment.So,countries have reached some consensus in the field of environmental,such as reduce the generation of greenhouse gases,explore the low carbon development model of human economic activity.Energy consumption structure,economic growth rate,economic development mode,and how much pollution emitted are decided by the country's level of industrial structure in a very great degree.Extensive economic development mode,the early stages of industrialization,large energy consumption,low utilization,large carbon emissions,serious environmental pollution,all these show that the level of industrial structure is low.The level of industrial structure is high,energy consumption is decrease,the carbon emissions also reduce in proportion of the second industry.From the latest research results,the composition of the industrial structure in a considerable influence on the carbon emissions.To realize the goal of carbon emissions down,the industry internal structure optimization is a best way.But a few literature analysis in Yunnan province the industrial structure influence on carbon emissions.Therefore,under the low carbon constraints,the research has great significance on the optimization of industrial structure in YunnanThis paper build a vector autoregressive model,the empirical analysis the relationship between industrial structure and carbon emissions in Yunnan,show that there is long-term co-integration relationship,from the pulse response of carbon emissions:in the long run,the first industry modernization is helpful to reduce carbon emissions;No matter short or long term,from the shock of the second industry change impact on carbon emissions is negative effects,as the second industrial structure optimization,carbon emissions is shrinking;In the short term,The tertiary industry of Yunnan's impact on carbon emissions is first increase then decrease,in the long run,the third industry,promote the carbon emissions increase,but the degree of impact is not the same.By the variance decomposition of carbon emissions:in the long term,In addition to the influence from their own change,the influence from the first industry on carbon emissions is smallest,from the second industry on carbon emissions is largest,from the third industry on carbon emissions is middle,should vigorously promote the structure of the second and third industry upgrade to reduce the carbon emissions.On the basis of empirical research,the paper further analyzes the main problems of industrial development and carbon emissions in Yunnan,and puts forward some suggestions to promote the coordinated development of industry and carbon emissions.
