Evaluation Of The Ecosystem Service Function Value Of The Huanwan Greenway In Qingdao

In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy in Qingdao,the process of industrialization and urban construction along the coast of Jiaozhou Bay has gradually accelerated,and the water area of Jiaozhou Bay has declined year by year,marine ecological environment and coastal zone ecological environment are deteriorating,the protection of Jiaozhou Bay is an imminent major task for Qingdao Marine environmental protection.In the practice of Jiaozhou Bay shoreline remediation,combined with the coastal characteristics of resources,through the Jiaozhou Bay coastline shrimp pond demolition,to restore the original ecological coastline by returning the land back to the ocean,and the same time designing pedestrian and bike paths,planning green landscape,building rest area and leisure space,etc.,to offer the shoreline greenway and landscape features.Qingdao Ring Bay Greenway connects water system,mountains,farmland,natural scenic spots,tourist attractions,urban green space and historical and cultural sites,modern humanities and other natural landscape and cultural resources,ecological protection,cultural experience,tourism and other functions all together.However,there is no comprehensive assessment of the value of ecosystem services in Qingdao Ring Bay Greenway.In this paper,the conceptual model of the value assessment of greenway ecosystem service is established by using the range of 34.5km in Hongdao section of Ring Bay Greenway.This paper evaluates the ecological service value of natural wetland and non-wetland ecosystem in the Gulf of China through various methods such as market value method,cost expenditure method,carbon tax law,substitution cost method and contingent valuation method,covering food production,flood control and drainage,clean water,climate regulating,soil solid,tourism,scientific research,to maintain species diversity and other aspects.And the value of ecosystem services in Hongdao section of Ring Bay Greenway in 2016 was 201,407,120,900 CNY,which was 32,903,238,100 CNY higher than the value of ecological services before construction.The value of food production was 94.86%,the value of tourism service accounting for 2.83%,1.4% for the value of purified water,0.66% for the value of climate regulation and 0.26% for the value of biodiversity conservation.Based on the comparison of the changes of value of wetland ecosystem services before and after the construction of the Ring Bay Greenway,this paper discusses the ecological,economical and social benefits of the construction of the Greenway,and provides the scientific basis for the follow-up construction and future management of the Greenway.
