Shandong Ruyi Group Imported Cotton Performance Analysis

In recent years,with the national cotton subsidies policy and the cotton reserve policy introduced frequently,the price gap between domestic and imported cotton is getting narrow,however,there're advantages in price and quality for imported cotton.There's high demand of raw cotton from different regions across the world for the textile enterprises in our country.This report is analyzing the experience for the actual applied in the textile process and summarized through the statistics and research for the species,quantities of the cotton imported by SHANDONG RUYI TECHNOLOGY GROUP and its usage of the imported cotton in recent years,by using the HVI high-capacity fiber performance tester and other inspection instruments to get the quality specification.The research results show the SJV cotton from USA has the best quality,but it varies from bales,with significant index difference,and required detail differentiate;Australian cotton with the good index and stable quality,and it is also suitable for spinning 14.6Tex(inch of 40)or above high count yarns same as the American cotton;African cotton has advantage in price and quality,but with high sugar content,contamination free and other problems,which is suitable to be the most important assorting cotton to reduce the cost.Through the imported cotton practice analysis of SHANDONG RUYI TECHNOLOGY GROUP and based on our enterprise yarn spinning positioning,this research can help to set up more reasonable plan of cotton usage and purchase,and target to purchase imported cotton with lower price and reduce the cost of raw material.Then through the reasonable cotton assorting,we can reduce the actual use of raw cotton in production.Stable cotton assorting can supply the stable quality products for the market,which can promote the competitive of enterprises.This research provided actual cotton usage to spinning mills for reference,help them to choose the suitable cotton in order to avoid unnecessary lost and improve the demand for cotton,to promote the quality of products and increase the profits,so that to ensure the market share.
