With the improvement of the overall production efficiency of the textile industry,the further improvement of the speed of combed locomotives has also become an inevitable trend.Detaching rollers as one of the most important structures of comber is to complete the detaching and combination of cotton with the nipper,top comb and cylinder in the working cycle of comber.At present,the existing detaching roller driving mechanism at home and abroad has many problems,such as complex transmission chain and imperfect transmission technology.Vibration and noise generated at high speed have become the key factors restricting the speed of combing locomotive.Therefore,it is necessary to study the driving mechanism of detaching roller of the carding machine.Firstly,discusses the development status of combing machine detaching roller tension driving mechanism and the existing problems;the characteristics of hybrid driven ideological concept,are analyzed,and the domestic and foreign development status quo and future development trend are discussed,put forward the research contents of this thesis.Secondly,the basic theory of the displacement of the detaching roller is studied.Through the analysis of the detaching roller movement combing machine,based on roller diagram from displacement draw movement combing machine nipper,detaching roller and other institutions,and then setting the combing machine parameters according to the schematic diagram of displacement required to determine the key index value and the corresponding displacement,by combing numerical control separation calculation model indexing roller displacement diagram and detaching roller motion values of key points and the corresponding displacement.Then,based on the least square method,the polynomial and combination functions of the key points of the displacement curve are fitted respectively.Finally,a mathematical model of detaching roller for meeting the technological requirements is obtained.Thirdly,the detaching roller hybrid driven mechanism is designed.On the basis of the study on the characteristics of the detaching roller and the thought of hybrid driven in the earlier period,a detaching roller hybrid drive mechanism is proposed.The kinematic analysis of the hybrid driven mechanism is carried out,and the law of the detaching roller of the previous isolated is assigned to the two servo motor.The three-dimensional model of the hybrid driven mechanism is established by using Pro/E software,and the simulation verification and analysis are carried out in the ADAMS.Finally,the previous theoretical research results are verified by experiments.Based on the multi axis driving combing experimental platform,the servo motor motion function is obtained through input theory,and the related research results of detaching roller displacement and hybrid driven mechanism are verified.This paper can lay a theoretical foundation for the research of the displacement motion of the detaching roller,and provide references for the comber to adjust the motion function according to the fiber characteristics,so as to provide reference for the development of high speed and high quality comber.
