Steel staggered truss system is a new type of building structure,the recent research indicates: it is characterized by economy,efficiency and practicability.The new structure system abides by the strategy of ?continuing development? and will be in great market demands.In recent years,with Staggered truss Steel frame system in practical engineering abroad more and more applications,also contributed to our scholars to intensify theoretical and experimental study of this formal structure,and achieved fruitful research results,which also greatly promoted the staggered truss structure to promote the use of steel in our country.This paper introduces the research background and steel staggered truss structure characteristics,summarized at home and abroad on steel staggered truss structure theory,research by the mechanical characteristics and seismic research,and as a basis for focusing on steel staggered truss structure seismic performance under near-field earthquake,and with the far-field earthquake seismic performance under do comparison,this article is mainly the following aspects:(1)Based on the documentary reading,a summary of the characteristics of near-field earthquake system introduced,and compared with the far-field seismic characteristics.(2)According to China's current steel staggered truss design specifications,emphasis on the impact of the number of layers and seismic intensity,namely the rational design of fortification intensity is 7 degrees and 8 degrees at the 5 layers,10 layers of steel staggered truss structure research study,which are the foundation of the subsequent numerical analysis;(3)Based on the previous studies,this paper presents the principle of selecting the near and far field seismic waves,and selects 7 far-field waves and 7 near field waves which are consistent with the study of this paper.(4)Through the elastic-plastic time history analysis method,statistical analysis of the model in frequent earthquake,seismic fortification and rare encounter earthquake under the floor displacement and storey displacement angle and structural layer shear distribution,contrast in the near field and remote seismic response of the structure difference,and give reasonable design suggestions.
