With the continuous development of aviation manufacturing industry and the improvement of digital level in manufacturing workshop,the simulation modeling technology which based on virtual reality is more and more important in the process of aircraft digital manufacturing.but the research of evaluation technology for modeling and simulation system is relatively scarce,the research on credibility evaluation for simulation system is very important that can ensure the correctness and usability in aircraft manufacturing process.This paper mainly research the credibility of simulation system for aircraft assembly manufacturing,the research for credibility evaluation runs through the whole life of modeling and Simulation of aircraft assembly manufacturing system.Verification,Validation and Accreditation is an important way to ensure the design credibility of the modeling and simulation process,and the dynamic credibility evaluation of the process of simulation system is based on Complexity Theory,the mainly research contents as follows.Firstly,this paper puts forward the general conceptual of design credibility,specific process on the credibility of aircraft assembly simulation system.Analyzed the modeling and simulation process of the aircraft assembly simulation system and the key technologies for the credibility evaluation.This research includes the design credibility evaluation based on VV&A.and the dynamic credibility evaluation based on Complexity Theory of the aircraft assembly simulation system.Secondly,proposed the general scheme of VV&A for simulation system,design the process,contents,mechanism,the implementation scheme and the credibility evaluation index of VV&A for the aircraft assembly simulation system.At the end,put an example of design credibility evaluation of simulation system.Thirdly,proposed the basic concept of dynamic credibility based on the complexity theory,and the dynamic credibility index of aircraft assembly simulation system,this paper also proposed an evaluation method for this index that including the reliability,practicability and robustness.At the end,put an example of dynamic credibility evaluation of simulation system.Finally,according the simulation theory structured the aircraft assembly simulation system based on DELMIA(V6)platform,and developed a credibility evaluation tool for aircraft assembly simulation system based on the theory of design and dynamic credibility evaluation,which can verifying the credibility theory of aircraft assembly simulation system.
