Belt conveyor is a kind of continuous transportation equipment in modern production.It has the advantages of large capacity,long distance,low energy consumption,low freight,high efficiency,stable running,convenient loading and unloading,and suitable for bulk transportation.With the car,train together to become the three main industrial transport vehicles,has been widely used in coal,mining,ports,power,metallurgy,chemical and other fields.Conveyor belt is the key component of the belt conveyer's traction and bearing.During the use,it will cause serious breakage or longitudinal tearing accident due to various reasons,such as stop production,loss of transportation materials,equipment damage,huge economic losses and casualties,seriously affecting the safety in production.In order to ensure the safety of belt conveyor transport,need to study a multi-view conveyor belt longitudinal tear detection system to achieve the conveyor belt surface fault detection,to prevent the occurrence of longitudinal tear accident to ensure the safety of belt conveyor transport.To avoid the occurrence of major safety incidents.Aiming at the acquisition control module of the video monitoring terminal in the longitudinal tear detection system of the multi-view conveyor belt,a design scheme of the acquisition control module of the video monitoring terminal in the longitudinal tear detection system of the multi-view conveyor belt is proposed.Realize the high-speed acquisition,real-time storage and transmission of the four-line linear array CCD signal;The hardware circuit of the acquisition and control module is designed by using the linear array CCD sensor TCD1209D and Xilinx FPGA XC3S500E chip.It mainly includes linear array CCD sensor circuit,signal conditioning circuit,analog-digital conversion circuit,data acquisition control circuit,bus interface circuit and power circuit;In FPGA development platform of Xilinx ISE,VHDL language is used to compile FPGA software of acquisition control module,which includes clock module,linear array CCD sensor module,analog-digital conversion module,ping-pong storage module,bus interface module and data selection module.And the time sequence simulation of FPGA program is carried out by using Modelism software.Experimental platform of longitudinal tear detection system of multi-view conveyor belt is set up,the experimental results show that the acquisition and control module can achieve high-speed acquisition,real-time storage and transmission of four-line linear array CCD signals,and meet the design requirements.The acquisition and control module designed in this paper has the advantages of fast speed and good quality.It can be applied to longitudinal tear detection system of multi-view conveyor belt and realize high-speed acquisition,real-time storage and transmission of conveyer belt surface image.To avoid the occurrence of major accidents such as major broken and longitudinal tearing,to stop production and casualties,to reduce the loss of transportation materials and economic losses,to improve production efficiency,with significant economic and social benefits.In the coal,mining,ports,electricity,metallurgy,chemical and other fields using the conveyor belt in a wide range of applications.
