| Safety ergonomics is a new subject which is based on the principle and method of ergonomics to solve the security problem of man-machine interface.With the development of society and the increasing competition of industrial products,the simple function will not meet the demand of industrial products.Humanization and efficiency of the industry has become a prime target for pursuit of the development.This paper adopts the basic principle of safety ergonomics,combined with the method of utilizing H and Eye phase of the excavator cab layout,seat and internal control device.Designing the overall appearance of the cab and color collocation through the design method and finishing the design of excavator cab,to improve the overall operation safety,excavator cab comfort and work efficiency is of positive significance.The main contents and features of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the knowledge of foreign research on excavator driving chamber design,puts forward the basic design for the domestic excavator cab body dimensions thought.By means of questionnaire and measurement,the size of driver’s body suitable for domestic excavator is calculated.The design standard for the safety design of the excavator is provided.(2)Based on the principle of safety ergonomics,the excavator cab is analyzed from three aspects of human machine operation environment.Summarize the demand and characteristics of the excavator driver from the physiology and psychology of people.Improve the work environment of the excavator on the basis of temperature,humidity,vibration,noise and other aspects of environmental.This paper defines and designs the safe color usage of excavator cab,and puts forward the influence of light environment on excavator driver’s operation safety and corresponding solutions.(3)This paper describes the application of H point and eye ellipse theory in safety ergonomics,and analyzes and obtains H points and ellipse data for drivers and excavators in our country.Design the inner cab of excavator to reduce the possibility of wrong operation of the driver,including the safety problem for excavator cab dashboard,seats,controller,working environment.(4)Design the cab of the excavator includes the completion of the cab design,improvement of the overall design,function layout and the interior of the cab.The seat,operating platform,controller safety engineering data are used in machine design to completed the final results and output. |
