Project Schedule Risk Management Research

The construction of the project is filled with uncertainties,including policy,technology,management,finance,the natural environment and society.If there is negligence in risk identification and risk prevention,it will bring huge losses to the project.The scientific demonstration and management of the risk is important for completing target of the construction and shortening the construction period.This paper focuses on the project schedule risk and the concrete project practice,and makes a series of theoretical research on the risk identification,estimation and evaluation of the project construction.First of all,to collect domestic and foreign research on risk,as well as the progress of the study of the relevant literature,understand the existing research methods.Then,the relevant theories of progress management of project construction are introduced,including risk identification,analysis,evaluation and response,and compare the advantages and disadvantages of various methods.Based on the theory of existing risk model,AHP is introduced to construct the progress risk evaluation index system,and the determination of the weight of the risk model is studied and analyzed by introducing the progress risk management process and risk identification method.Based on the theoretical analysis,this paper makes a practical application of the progress risk factors identified by the project,and analyzes the factors influencing the progress factors of the project.The factors that include such as personnel factors,raw material equipment factors,Factors and management factors;secondary indicators include cultural quality,skill level,enthusiasm,team willingness to cooperate,price fluctuations, financing,advanced equipment,construction process rationality,supervision,social network relations.Finally,the classification of risk status is determined by calculation and test,and the corresponding measures and measures of risk management are put forward accordingly.It is hoped that through the research of theory and practice in this paper,we will be able to further explore with experts,to enrich and innovate the theoretical research and application in the field of project risk management.
