With the power grid construction become more complicated,the factors that lead to the failure or accident of power grid are increasing.If these failure or accident can't be early-warning,judgment and treatment in time,it will not only endanger power equipment and personal safety,but also lead to the collapse of power grid,cause power failure in a large area,then the economic will suffer a great loss.In addition,with the significant increase in the use of electricity load,the users increased dramatically,the scopes of power services are continuously extend,and the power failure risk are increased,which caused the workload of power grid operation and maintenance increase,also place a greater demand on the work quality and the arrive time to the repair scene of maintainers.Users wish to get safe,high quality and efficient electric power and convenient,efficient and high quality service.In order to achieve this goal,we should build a reliable,functional power grid regulation and control system rely on scientific and technological innovation.And constantly improve its function,improving the real-time monitoring,control and dispatching level to provide a reliable power grid dispatching technical support platform for the safety,stability and economic operation of the power grid.At the same time,the electric power system reform is progressing and the “Da Yunxing”System construction of the State Grid Corporation of China is also carried out in an orderly manner.In this trend,the following problem is needed to solve urgently: how to improve the reliability of integration of power grid dispatch and control system,perfect system application function,find out system construction model with advanced technology and complete function to meet the users requirement.As to explore and select the construction mode of integration of power grid dispatch and control system,this paper introduces the concept,construction status and application function of the integrated control system,which deeply analyzes and studies the construction mode of each subsystem,and finds out the advantages and disadvantages of each mode.Put forward the best construction mode of each subsystem.At the same time,this paper put forward and optimizes the construction model and program of Feicheng integration of power grid dispatch and control system and construction mode and program based on the realities of Feicheng power grid construction and development.During construction process of county integrated control system,the following key technologies are applied: wide-area remote interconnection system structure,wide-area distributed data acquisition technology,partition splitting operation technology and off-site disaster-tolerant backup technology.According to the problems founded during the process of system construction,function application,operation and maintenance etc,based on market needs,this paper puts forward the application function improvement measures for five aspects,design and perfect the following five function modules: the classification and color display of monitoring information,test information directional shielded,automatic pop-up of the accident warning window,the automatic detection alarm of the basic data accuracy rate,the specification and optimization of the monitoring information,and achieved remarkable results,which provided a reference for research and construction of the future county integration of power grid dispatch and control system.
