Under the trend of the gradually increasing of the power load and the demand of power supply,combined with the "13th Five-Year Development " plan of Ordos Power Grid and the 2020 long-term goal,the Ordos Electric Power Bureau has put forward new and higher requirements for the upgrading of the existing dispatching automation system.The transformation of the power monitoring system is a holistic process,which requires comprehensive consideration of the investment plan from all aspects.In the past investment pattern,the reformation on the automation master station was unavoidably repeated,resulting in waste of resources.Therefore,according to the characteristics of large unit,large capacity and wide distribution of Ordos power grid,the construction of a set of Integrated dispatching and distribution system is obviously practical and economical.Considering that the existing dispatching automation system can no longer satisfied the requirement of smart grid,and it is difficult to ensure the safe and stable economic operation of the power grid in the aspects of substation and plant access,type of system services and transmission requirements,aiming at building a new integrated dispatching controlling and distributing system for the regional smart grid,this upgrading project can provide the advanced technical support for the safe,reliable,high-quality and economic operation of the power grid in Ordos.Firstly,the general situation of the power grid development at present and the running situation of the dispatching automation system in Ordos is analyzed by this paper,the problems existing in this system and the necessity of upgrading is discussed,and the design principles,design requirements,system functions and computer room environment of dispatching automation system is researched next.According to local conditions,the retrofit plan is started from the following aspects: the overall construction plan of smart grid dispatching control system,main grid automation master station upgrade,distribution automation master station system upgrade,prefecture and county integration construction,operation and maintenance substation centralized control machine construction and the dispatch automation computer room,so as to achieve the desired effect,reduce the investment and transformation of supporting equipment,give full play to the functional characteristics and technical superiority of the new smart grid dispatching control system,and finally improve the operation safety and reliability level of power grid in Ordos.The paper has 23 pictures,10 tables and 60 references.
