Based On The Perspective Of Chengzhong Village, The Research On The Renovation Design Of Long-term Apartment For Young People

To the Youth Groups worked in Shenzhen,poor purchasing power and the growing rent almost made them homeless.For youth urban village become the last straw to clutch in order to stay in the city,which known for it's dirty,noisy,and disorder.Those people who called “sandwich layer” face very severe housing problems.Living environment is a precondition to work comfortably,thus,the improvement of housing problems is vital to the development of a city and the stability of society.In chapter one,mainly analysis the background and logic of the research,and based on the overview and summary of related research both in china and abroad,established the framework and methods of research.In term of the housing policies in Shenzhen at chapter two,residence is divided into four parts,namely indemnificatory housing provided by government,commercial housing,welfare ones offered by enterprise and public institution and self-built houses in urban villages.After a fully analysis its characteristics and housing supply in Shenzhen,made me clear the research direction on the renovation of urban village into the longtime-rent-apartment.Chapter three according to the research on both the living states of youth groups in different living mode and behavior demand,summed up the relevant inspiration of space redesign in youth apartment.At the same time,in chapter four,on the basis of classifying longtime-rent-apartment,choose three different type of apartment to research and track,mainly including based on the State-owned enterprises?entrepreneurship?private enterprise,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages in the process of rebuilding of the apartment,as the basis of the design.In chapter five,based on the principles of both house choosing and rebuilding,the text would focus on the three aspects mainly concerned about unit of interior space,public space,external appearance.The thesis focused on the unit of spatial organization and optimization,and provides suitable living patterns.Second,analysis the public spaces mainly cover the roof?traffic and entrance around in functional properties,current situation,reconstruction direction.Thirdly,analysis the necessity of the existing building's fa?ade renovation and propose the rebuilding methods.Based on the information above,form the instruction manuals for the apartment renovation.Furthermore,the text provides some advices on reconstruction tendency of inform building in urban villages.And in the chapter six,based on the research above,the text designed the plan of the building units in Shenzhen,Long hua area,and contrast the rent and cost.Lastly,summarized and prospected the whole text in chapter seven.
