With the development of urbanization,rural villages become more and more attractive due to their unique regional characteristics.At the same time,the rapid development of the Internet has brought certain changes and innovations to the lifestyle of young people,breaking the regional barriers,and the development focus of some young people began to shift from the high cost of living in urban areas to suburban areas.At present,a large number of unused or illegal old residential buildings in suburban areas are facing reconstruction and reuse.However,in the existing reconstruction and construction,the living needs of young people are often ignored.Most of the completed existing youth apartments cannot provide living facilities in the Internet era and post-epidemic era.This model not only forcibly divides the communication and interaction between young individuals;Failing to improve their existing,unchanging living conditions;It also brings a series of negative effects on the mental health of young people,and eventually leads to a negative life of young people.Therefore,in the process of renewal and transformation of suburban villages,attention should be paid to the new needs of young people in the development of The Times,and organic forms in line with sustainable development such as sharing mode,Internet and office and living mode in the post-epidemic era should be injected.In order to cooperate with the urban areas facing high load and high pressure,it provides a new idea to divert the pressure of housing and employment.The purpose of this paper is to explore how to transform some of the original idle buildings into youth apartments in the renewal and reconstruction of suburban villages.Based on the existing relevant theoretical data,literature research and practical research,this paper conducts analysis and exploration,and actually surveys the target group--youth group.After proposing corresponding transformation design strategies,On the premise of respecting the original features of local suburban villages,ecological environmental protection and restrictions on old buildings,making full use of relevant supporting industrial resources,the renovation design of some buildings in the village will be carried out to adapt to the needs of The Times,and low-cost rental housing will be provided for the development and work of young people in the suburbs.This will inject new blood into the renewal and transformation of suburban villages,activate and drive regional industries,and explore the transformation mode of youth apartment among them.
