Study On The Rural Renewal Index System Of Guangzhou City Under The Background Of Globalization

China is the world's largest developing country,China has more than 20% of the world's rural population,solve the problem of rural development is the key to successful transformation in China,global demonstration significance.Guangzhou as one of the central city of pearl river delta city group,along with the advancement of the integration of urban and rural areas in recent years,the village has accumulated extensive experience in the process of bottom-up development,also produced a series of problems.Since the 90 s,the guangzhou municipal government by conducting village planning is proposed to solve rural development existence question,has created two rounds of villages planning.Continuously explore innovation on the planning method,and at the implementation level to achieve the planning for the whole 1142 administrative villages.The author through to guangzhou new rural construction of typical case survey found that a simple substance on the surface of the new rural construction and environmental renovation deviation from the development of a new type of urbanization,rural development in urgent need of transformation.As urbanization is relatively mature in guangzhou city,the rural development of the demand is especially striking.How to keep updated with rural energy,gradually realize the new urbanization,become the main propositions of village planning research at present stage.In the current context of the coordinated development between urban and rural areas,rural construction need to introduce the development philosophy of "global change",from the planning index control and planning implementation evaluation of two aspects to guide the transformation of rural renewal.This article adopts the method of quantitative analysis of the typical villages planning guangzhou 59 cases,further perfect the index system of guangzhou rural update planning land related content.And from the perspective of rural update,constructed the index control type and dual index system of planning implementation evaluation model.The index to solve the current village planning without technical indicators associated with the status quo,provide a basis for index in guangzhou rural update,also can be used as the rest of the developed rural area planning reference standard.Traditional rural planning research has focused on the exploration of the relevant planning theory,a single planning study of index system,etc.This paper studied rural update index system,its standard based on a wider range,the guidance of the implementation of village planning from the establishment to the applicability is more comprehensive.Guangzhou as a typical representative of the developed cities,the research conclusion to the rest of the developed area also has important reference value.
