| Charging pile(CP),similar to fuel tanker for fuel vehicles,is designed to provide electricity for green-car.As CPs are the infrastructure for electricity driven vehicles,the construction of CP is a necessity to promote the green-car.Green-car is increasingly popular,which results in overwhelmingly strong requirements on CPs.Studies have shown that it is large occupation and high costs that put a restriction on the promotion and popularization of CPs.Aiming at this problem,we propose a simple,safe,low-cost and small-occupation design.CPs in our proposal are designed to be equipped underground,which can effectively save occupation.However,to operate and maintain CPs under the ground,we should update and optimize key technologies used in CPs in terms of energy efficiency,heat dissipation and telecommunications.We propose an effective electric power measurement module based on MSP439FE425 in order to lower energy consumption and improve heat dissipation of CPs,which are low energy consumption,high accuracy and integration.While the intelligent circuit breaker with the compatibility of relays and circuit-breakers are based on STC15W1K16S.GRPS-DTU module,which is capable of combining wireless communications and wire communications,are designed to solve the problem related to underground telecommunications based on STC15W4K16S.Since there is no visible LED operation and monitor surface for underground CPs,we develop a mobile terminal application based on Eclipse(Java language).Moreover,PC terminal monitoring application,based on Visual Studio and SQL Server(C language),is designed to monitor real-time CPs’ operation.In conclusion,we propose a well-developed CPs’design in terms of hardware systems and software systems.This underground CPs’system is low power consumption,low cost,high reliability and safety.The experimental results reveal that our proposal effectively lowers systems energy consumption and improves the heat dissipations of system as a whole.Meanwhile,high reliability telecommunication is provided,while mobile terminals and PC terminals allow users to obtain real-time conditions of CPs via interaction between users and CPs. |
