Wulian County Urban Distribution Network Automation Design And Application

Distribution network is an important component of the infrastructure,and also an important part of the national grid construction.The construction of distribution automation system of distribution network will not only bring about the improvement of management level,the market flexible demand side management and user driven value-added services inevitably,but also lay a solid foundation for the dispatching,operation,maintenance,management and economy development of the future power system.Therefore,planning the distribution network well can not only improve the people's livelihood,but also provide a safe and stable power supply for the development of economic and social in the region,which is of great significance to the economy and the people's livelihood.Firstly,the purpose,efficiency,content,function,and the development of distribution network automation system at home and abroad is introduced in this paper.Secondly,the wiring characteristics,modes and typical technical schemes of feeder automation are introduced in detail.In addition,taking Wulian country of Rizhao city as an example analyzes the actual situation from many aspects,such as the basic situation,the general situation of the city center,the current situation of the grid,the distribution equipment and the distribution management status,and so on.What's more,the practical and feasible automatic planning objectives are proposed from the needs of economic development through the understanding and analysis of the current problems of Wulian county power distribution network.Finally,the reconstructed distribution automation system of Wulian county is analyzed from many aspects after the implementation and application of the proposed retrofit scheme including the overall planning effect,planning technical principles,standardized implementation,high and low voltage planning results,and the master station determine the accident principle and debugging status.The analyze results illustrate that the design of distribution network automation in distribution network can not only promote the modernization construction,but also can improve the safe operation level and quality of power supply,power grid and environment,which will realize the coordinated and sustainable economic and social development facing the power supply brought by the economic and social development of Wulian county,...
